The upstairs / downstairs apartments comprise three (3) bedrooms each, plus a garden cottage which is suitable for 1 person. There is also a lounge, separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small private garden and street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The house can accommodate 7 students.
